The questions that keep coming back, where to find each feature, and how to write to us. If the answer is missing here, it arrives by return email.

Frequently asked

The objections first — they are more useful than the arguments.
Why does it take an invitation?
Because sharing a collection only means something inside a chosen circle. Each member has a limited number of invitations, and each link works once. If nobody can hand you one, write in: we answer.
Is it paid?
Access is free, and everything the app does today will stay that way. A paid tier is being considered — it will rest on what it adds, and its price will be written down with the date it was settled on.
Where do the prices come from?
From a Cardmarket reading imported every day, shown with its date — public, dated prices you can check for yourself. A card the source prices carries its amount; the others say so plainly, rather than showing a misleading zero.
Can I buy or sell on CardoMint?
CardoMint follows your collection and sends you to Cardmarket or eBay to act. Staying outside the transaction is what lets it show a price it has no interest in steering.
Who sees my collection?
Nobody, unless you create a share code. That code opens a page showing what you own and what you are after — never what you paid, nor the value, nor your sales. You revoke it by creating another one.
Can I follow Japanese or Chinese cards?
Yes. They are three distinct catalogues, not three translations of one: 173 of the 177 Japanese set identifiers exist only there. A selector switches from one to the next without leaving the screen.
How are graded cards handled?
Each company has its own scale — 6 companies, 113 grades. A graded card shows « PSA 10 » and no longer asks for its condition: the slab carries the verdict. A decimal number conflated « 10 Pristine », « 10 Black » and « 10 Gem Mint ».
Is there a mobile app?
CardoMint is a site, built for the phone first — navigation bar at the bottom, 44 px targets verified by hit test, tables folded into cards below 640 px. Nothing to install.
Can I get my data back?
Yes, at any time: an Excel workbook with the collection and the sales, in native formats. And full erasure sits in the same settings — taking your data with you and erasing it are the two halves of one question.
When is card scanning coming?
It is not built, and the button says so rather than doing nothing in silence. The place is reserved at the centre of the bottom bar. It needs image recognition, and that choice is not settled.

How to get in

CardoMint opens on an invitation, and access is free.

You know someone on CardoMint

Ask them for an invitation link from their Community page. Each link works once and lasts seven days.

You know nobody yet

Write to contact@cardomint.com and say what you collect. We answer.

You lost your password

The recovery code given at signup reopens the account. Without it, write to us — it is the only other way in.

A product is missing from the catalogue

It happens, and it is worth saying.

What the catalogue holds today

69 139 products — 67 248 cards and 1 891 sealed items — across three markets. A recent product may not be in yet: a set's cards go in when it comes out.

How to report it

Write to contact@cardomint.com with the product's exact name and its set — and a photo if you have one. That is what lets it go in with the right picture.
